Questions customers ask
How much does split AC installation cost?
Installation is quoted on request. Send your AC model, number of units and emirate, and we reply with a quote, usually the same working day. Standard installation includes wall bracket mounting and outdoor unit placement, up to 4 metres of copper pipe, refrigerant line connection and pressure test, drain pipe, indoor-to-outdoor wiring, commissioning and a test run.
What if I need more than 4 metres of copper pipe?
Extra copper pipe is charged per metre, with a higher rate for 3 and 3.5 ton units. The total is confirmed in your quote before you pay.
Can you remove my old AC?
Yes. Old AC removal is available and is added to your quote if required.
Is a new wall bracket included?
Wall bracket mounting is included. If a new bracket is needed, it is added to your quote.
Which areas do you cover?
All seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
What is the customer responsible for?
Scaffolding or a crane for high installations is arranged and paid by the customer. The electrical isolator, plumbing and main electrical work are also the customer's responsibility.
How do I pay?
The full amount is paid before work begins, to the Botanve FZC LLC company bank account only, never to a personal account.
