How fast is delivery?

Air conditioners arrive in 1–2 business days. Everything else — compressors, refrigerants, fans, copper, electrical materials — ships next business day. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, and Split in 3 installments with 0% interest via Tamara.

Do you deliver to all Emirates?

Yes — Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.

Are your refrigerants certified?

Yes. All refrigerant cylinders are certified fill weights from recognized manufacturers — no re-filled or grey-market stock.

What's your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

Is there a warranty on parts?

Most compressors and AC units carry manufacturer warranty coverage. See our Warranty page for specifics.
