What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address to process and fulfil your order. We do not collect or store your card details — payments are processed directly by Stripe and Tamara, our payment partners.
How we use it

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
We use Stripe and Tamara to process payments, and Microsoft 365 to send order emails. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@botanve.co.
