The terms that apply when you shop with Botanvè.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in AED and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your Emirate and order contents. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order via Stripe (card) or Tamara (installments). Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Product information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Actual product packaging or specifications may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturer updates.

Limitation of liability

Botanvè FZC LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, including improper installation by unauthorized third parties. Manufacturer warranty terms apply as described in our Warranty policy.
