What's covered, what isn't, and how to make a claim for your BOTANVE order.
Air Conditioners
✓ Covered1 year full warranty + 5 year compressor warranty from the manufacturer. Claimed through BOTANVE.
Compressors (standalone)
✕ No warrantyScroll and reciprocal compressors sold separately are not covered by warranty. Inspect on delivery.
All Other Products
✕ No warrantyRefrigerants, copper coils, fans, air curtains, tools and tape are sold as-is with no warranty.

✓Compressor failure under normal operating conditions
✓Component failure not caused by misuse or external damage
✓Factory defects discovered within the warranty period

Damage from incorrect installation by unauthorized technicians
Damage from power surges, flooding or physical impact
Normal wear items (filters, gaskets) unless defective on arrival
Units used outside recommended operating conditions
Damage from lack of maintenance or blocked airflow
Consumables — refrigerant, copper tube, tape, tools

Check your confirmation email for the invoice number (e.g. BS-XXXXXXXX).
