Manufacturer warranty
Air conditioning units and compressors sold through Botanvè carry the original manufacturer's warranty — typically covering the compressor for an extended period (often 5+ years) and other components for a shorter standard period (typically 1–2 years), depending on the brand and model. Exact terms vary by manufacturer and are noted on the product page where available.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Compressor failure under normal operating conditions
- Component failure not caused by misuse, improper installation, or external damage
What's not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation by unauthorized technicians
- Damage from power surges, water damage, or physical impact
- Normal wear items (filters, gaskets) unless defective on arrival
- Refrigerant gas cylinders, copper tubing, and consumables (not warrantable by nature)
