We want every order to be right. Unused items in original packaging are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions below.

Under UAE regulations governing refrigerant handling and manufacturer sealed-unit policy, AC units and refrigerant gases are final sale once dispatched. Please confirm model, capacity and refrigerant type with our team before ordering.
17-day return window
Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
2Items that cannot be returned
- Air conditioning units of any type or capacity — split, window, ducted or portable
- Refrigerant gases and cylinders, opened or unopened
- Cut copper tubing or piping sold to length
- Custom or special-order items
- Items showing signs of installation or use
3How to request a return
Message our team on WhatsApp with your invoice number and reason for return. We'll arrange collection and confirm your refund once the item has been received and inspected.
