Refund Policy

7-day returns

Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

What can't be returned

• Opened or used refrigerant cylinders (regulatory and safety reasons)
• Cut copper tubing or piping sold to length
• Custom or special-order items
• Items showing signs of installation or use

WhatsApp us at +971 50 814 6571 with your invoice number and reason for return. We'll arrange collection and confirm your refund once the item is received and inspected.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
